A bad day at the office, the normal story: stabbed in the back, cut-throat competition and fired !

This is no way to run a business.  Human decency might cost more in the short-term but the problem with treating people badly, the problem with evil, is it doesn't work.   Good will wears out and this is the lubrication which eases the friction, which stops the wheels grinding to an impasse.

This lesson is already being widely learned but when the bucks are big enough we still blast through regardless.
